that if we got married in Chile the fiancĂ© visa would no longer be valid, but that I could contact them and appeal for it to still be accepted but they would have veto power. I know that there is nothing that would indicate to them that I was newly married there, but it just seems wrong to lie about that when they could easily look me up here and see the truth…I thi8k.I&#n217;m going to contact the embassy again and ask much more specific questions. The problem is that I have talked to “official people” and the information always varies. Do they want it to be this confusing on purpose?!?
